薬学実習III

①物理化学的手法を用いて、タンパク質の分子量やコンフォメーションを解析する。二次元NMRスペクトルに基づいて、タンパク質―タンパク質間の相互作用様式を解析する。分子動力学計算により、ペプチドの立体構造と生理活性との相関（構造活性相関）についての考察を行う。②生体高分子であるタンパク質の結晶を調製し、その三次元構造解析をＸ線回折法により行う。③ラットを用いて、トランスポーターを介した薬物の肝胆系輸送における薬物間相互作用を解析する。薬物間相互作用試験データに基づく評価、体内動態パラメーターの変動が医薬品体内動態に与える影響の定量的予測とともに、シミュレーションにより確認を行う。これらの実習から、物理化学的手法、薬物動態解析法に関する基本的知識と技能を修得する。更にタンパク質や核酸の立体構造の成り立ち、タンパク質とリガンドとの分子間相互作用、動態パラメータと体内動態との関係について理解を深める。

企業がグローバルにビジネス展開を行うにあたっては、様々な分野にまたがる国際的なビジネス法の基本的な知識を有するとともに、変化する環境の中でそれらの知識を駆使してリスクを低減し、自社に有利なビジネスを展開できる、言語を含めた国際ビジネスの素養を有する人材が求められる。本授業はこのような人材育成を念頭に、外国人ゲストスピーカーも含めた複数の実務経験者が教員となり、ビジネスのさまざまな局面における法的問題を概観する。 Nowadays, companies developing their businesses globally need business and legal experts who have basic knowledge of various areas of cross-border business law, good business sense for utilizing such knowledge to reduce the risk and to conduct business in its favor in the changing environment with familiarity to foreign languages. This course will seek to develop student awareness and knowledge of the foregoing human resource by examining legal issues that arise in various business situations. Lectures will be conducted by instructors, including foreign guest lecturers, who have practical experience in this field.

中学、高校の理科の授業を行うに当たって必要な、基本的な知識と技術を習得する。　世界の教育の現状を紹介し、市民となる人向けの科学的リテラシーを身につける理科と、専門家を養成することを意図した理科を概観する。　生徒の学ぶ意欲を高めることで、生徒の科学的な知識と科学の方法の習得をめざす。その教育的な基礎や授業に役立つ実験を紹介する。　ＩCＴと少子高齢化の時代の日本の理科教育の課題を探る。　基本的に対面で、双方向の討論を中心とした授業です。　　Acquire the basic knowledge and skills necessary to teach middle and high school science classes. 　Introduce the current state of education around the world and provide an overview of science courses that are designed to develop scientific literacy for citizens and science courses that are intended to train professionals. 　By motivating students to learn, science aims to help students acquire scientific knowledge and the scientific method in classes. 　The educational basis for this and experiments useful in the classroom will be presented. 　To explore the challenges of science education in Japan in the age of ICT and an aging society with a declining birthrate. 　　Basically, the class is centered on face-to-face interactive discussions.

＜授業の到達目標＞研究者が知っておくべき知的財産に関する基礎的な知識を修得するとともに、バイオテクノロジー分野における代表的な特許やその役割について学ぶことにより、特許の重要性を理解することを目的とする。＜授業の概要＞科学研究における完成形である「論文」と権利化手段である「特許」の違いや特許出願の際に必要となる特許制度の基礎知識（知的財産についての一般知識から、特許を取得するための要件に至るまで）の全体像を解説するとともに、知財分野でのキャリアデザインについても触れる。 <Attainment target of the lecture> The aim of this lecture is to understand the importance of patent right by studying representative patents in biotechnology field and these role, accompanied by acquiring basic knowledge of intellectual property that researchers should know. <Summary of the lecture> This lecture will show the comparison between the actual patents in biotechnology field and research contents of these patents in order to understand the difference between the "research papers", which are the culmination of the academic research, and "patents", which are the means of acquisition of the right. In addition, the basic knowledge of patent system, from general knowledge of intellectual property to requirements for obtaining patent right, will be commented in this lecture. These are essential knowledge for reseachers for apply the patent.

工学の一つの側面は、何かを作ることによって人の生活、社会の営みを豊かにする方法を生み出してゆくための科学的方法を構成してゆく学問である。例えば、エジソンが白熱電球を改良した時代には、他にも白熱電球を改良することに心血を注ぐ技術者はいた。しかし、その中でのエジソンの独自性の一つとして着目されるのは、電球だけではなく様々な電気製品と、そしてこれらの基盤となる電力の供給システムを構築したことであった。即ち、様々な製品とともに、これらの繋がりを構成し、その繋がりによって発揮される機能、その機能が社会と人々の要求 – 潜在的な要求も含めて – を満たす効果を予測した点は、エジソンの卓越した独自性の一つであった。このように、①新たな要素技術の創造、②要素技術間の結合による要求の実現、という二つの営みを包含する一般的な視点を持ち、そのための基盤的役割を果たす学理について説明するのが「知識と知能」というテーマである。どのような工学分野とも、社会設計あるいは組織経営の手法とも結合することができ、それによって多様な人々からの要求を満たす有益なコンテンツを含んでいる。従って、広く各学部の学生に参照して欲しい。

The course will involve a series of discussions among students following specified formats intended to maximize participants’ ability to learn and apply the following: -Skills for pragmatic, practical, intersectional approaches and multilateral solutions to global issues and challenges, especially in devising and evaluating policy proposals and alternatives. -Ability to assess, discuss, and debate global issues by leveraging multidisciplinary perspectives across public policy, economics, politics, ethics, security, international governance, and law. In addition to discussions, students will also develop skills in policy analysis, discussion, consensus building, effective presentation, and policy brief writing. The following is a list of themes: -Decarbonization, energy security and geopolitics, and the role of nuclear -The role of leading institutions and fair competition in global education in the era of digitalization -Challenges in progressing gender equality against the context of varying social vulnerabilities and inequalities across the globe -International leadership and the future role of international organizations
