電力システム工学第一では、発電所から各需要家まで、電気エネルギーを輸送する技術を体系化した送配電工学について学ぶ。日本はこの分野においても世界から最も注目される国の一つになっており、世界で活動できる技術者、研究者の専門学術の基盤を、この講義を通じて構築する。
