グローバルリーダー育成プログラム科目(GLC-I:リーダーシップ基礎)

Foundations of Leadership
Students will develop their skills in leadership and teamwork, focusing on the habits and personal qualities that support effective interaction. At the end of the course students will be able to flexibly engage in different leadership styles depending on context, and apply principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion to harness the power of differences among team members.

This course can be taken by all students in the senior division, students in the fourth semester of the junior division, graduate students and exchange students, and offers an opportunity to work in English with students from all faculties and from a wide range of linguistics and cultural backgrounds.

For undergraduate students, the course is also a component of the Global Leadership Program. The GLP is a university-wide programme open to students interested in developing leadership skills and outlook for a globally-engaged career. The programme emphasizes the importance of diversity, inclusion, and the transdisciplinary, solution-oriented approaches needed to address global 21st century issues.
