グローバル教養科目(Everyday Nationalism)

Everyday Nationalism
In this course we will explore the various ways that national identity is created and re-created (often spontaneously, without thought, and habitually) in everyday, ordinary life through the words we speak, the things we do, the spaces we move in, the material objects we interact with, and the popular culture we participate in. The goal will be for you to do some intensive reading, thinking, discussing, and listening — and then try to apply them to some aspects of the world around you.
