Health Policy and Governance
This course will introduce the fundamental structure of the health system, with a special focus on the role of health policy and governance in achieving higher performance. The design and analytical frameworks for health systems and policies, as well as critical global health issues will be introduced. By the end of this course, students are expected to be familiar with key health system challenges and corresponding policy options, and be able to apply the analytic frameworks and practical tools presented in this course to identify and address problems in health systems.
