Studies in Applied Computer Science I

本講義では、主に二つの内容を扱う。第一に、本コースが取り扱う主要な研究テーマである分析情報学に関連する分野の基本的な知識を講義する。第二に、本コースでこれから修士課程の勉強や研究をする上で必要とされる研究手法上のスキルを説明する。特に、学術論文の読み方や書き方、口頭発表の方法の基本を習得する。
This lecture will cover two main topics. First, the lecture will provide basic knowledge of the field related to applied computer science, which is the main research topic covered in this course. Second, the course will explain the research methodological skills required for students to pursue their master's studies and research in this course. In particular, students will learn the basics of how to read and write academic papers and how to give oral presentations.

オンライン講義、および オンライン課題発表により構成する。（スケジュール詳細はUTOLおよび 第一回講義資料で説明） 初回はリアルタイム・オンライン形式（定刻にzoom接続）2回目以降は、対面講義を行う。詳しくはIUTOLを参照のこと。
The course will consist of online lectures and online assignment presentations. (Schedule details are explained in UTOL and the first lecture materials.) The first lecture will be given in real-time online format (zoom will be connected on time). For details, please refer to the UTOL.
