バイオ機能情報解析学
バイオ機能情報解析学／ Functional Bioinformatics
多階層でのオーミクス情報を解読する手法を概説する講義である。本講義では、各解析手法の理論的背景やその応用例について最新の知見を交えて詳説する。また､これらの解析手法の適用限界についても議論し､いかにして最新の次世代シークエンス解析技術がゲノム機能情報として取得され解析が行われているのか、その実践例について個別に詳解する。
This lecture provides an overview of methodologies for decoding multiomics information. The course offers detailed explanations of the theoretical foundations and practical applications of various analytical methods, incorporating the latest research findings. Furthermore, we will discuss the limitations of these techniques and provide in-depth case studies on how state-of-the-art Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies are utilized to acquire and analyze functional genomic data.
