橋渡し研究概論
橋渡し研究に必要なレギュレーション等の基礎知識、橋渡し研究の実際
Basic knowledge about regulations, ethics and business aspect necessary for translational researches
先端研究を基にした、あるいは従来の手法とは異なるアプローチに基づく医療開発推進は急務となっている。このような医療開発を担うためには研究に精通しているだけではなく、新たな治療法を人で試みる臨床試験の知識及び臨床試験を実施するための法や規則等の知識も必要である。本講義では最新の知見を交え必要とされる知識を学ぶとともに、橋渡し研究の実際などについても紹介する。
It is an urgent matter to develop and promote new medical treatments based on the results of advanced biological researches. For the people who are involved in this field, it is necessary to have knowledge about clinical trial in human, its regulation, bioethics and business matters in addition to thorough understanding of basic researches. In this course, basic knowledge necessary for translational researches is lectured with updated new findings and exsamples.

成績評価方法
出席とレポートによる (講義への出席は必須）。出席が4コマ以下の場合は単位を認めない。また5コマ以上出席していてもレポートが提出されない場合には単位を認めない。

Attendance and reports are required (attending lectures is mandatory). If you attend four sessions or fewer, you won't get credit. Even if you attend five or more, you won't get credit if you don't submit the report.
