Ocean Data Science
「海洋データサイエンス」は、海洋利用に関連する様々なデータの取得・処理・分析に関する基礎から応用までを学ぶことを目的とする。講義では、統計解析（前半）および機械学習（後半）について座学と演習を通して学ぶ。講義資料は英語、講義は日本語で実施される。
The course covers a wide variety of topics related to ocean data: data acquisition, data process, and data analyses (time series, multivariate, statistics and signal processing). The first half will cover statistical approaches where the second half will focus on machine learning approaches. All the lecture notes will be in English. Lectures are given in Japanese.

なお、本講義はオンライン開催と記載されていない回については、原則として柏キャンパス環境棟3階講義室にて対面で実施します。生産技術研究所（駒場）に居室がある学生、日本に入国できていない学生、新型コロナウィルス感染者および濃厚接触者等はオンラインでの受講が可能です。
This lecture will be provided basically in-person at Lecture room 3 of Environmental Bldg., Kashiwa campus unless specified as ONLINE. Students whose laboratory is located at Komaba or who cannot enter Japan or who are infected or have close contact with COVID-19 are permitted to take the lectures online.
