海洋技術の社会実装／ Social Implementation of Ocean Technology
我が国の海洋技術環境学に関する国の中長期ビジョンとその達成のために立案した主要政策を理解させたうえで、当専攻が取り組んでいる各種海洋技術の社会実装までの道筋を概説する。次にこれらの海洋技術を社会実装に繋げるための方法論として、FS、戦略的思考、システムズアプローチなど政策立案や商業プロジェクトの牽引において有用なツールを理解させる。最後に、具体的な海洋の問題に対してグループワークを実施し、それらのツールの具体的利用法について取得させる。/
The course provides information to understand the Japan's national medium- to long-term vision for ocean technology and environment and the major policies designed to achieve this vision. Then, the path to social implementation of the various ocean technologies that are studied in the department is outlined. As a methodology for implementing these ocean technologies to the society, useful tools for policy making and driving commercial projects, such as FS, the strategic thinking, and the systems approach are introduced. Finally, group work will be conducted on specific ocean issues to gain concrete applications of these tools.
