政策過程分析
This course covers basic topics of policy process, public administration, and public management. We
start from issues of available resources in policy process, followed by its dynamic aspects and
relationship with policy clients. By the end of the course, students should have better conceptual tools to
understand existing constraints in policymaking and implementation in order to innovate new ways to
overcome the challenges with emerging technologies and stakeholder collaboration.
