環境技術開発論 Environmental Technology Development

水質汚濁、大気汚染、土壌汚染、有害廃棄物などの環境問題に関連する環境対策技術や環境修復技術の開発の現状を紹介し、技術開発による環境問題解決への貢献について考える。

Technologies to prevent, mitigate, or remediate various environmental problems such as water quality deterioration, air pollution, soil contamination, and hazardous waste issues, will be outlined to consider the contribution of environmental technology development.

授業計画

初回：イントロダクション（本講義の概要、環境問題と技術の関係） 2回目以降：水環境・大気環境・土壌環境・廃棄物問題に関わる対策技術についての講義を行った後、最新の技術開発研究に関する文献調査を履修学生に課す。履修学生は翌週に課題の調査結果を発表する。上記の講義と発表を、原則隔週で交互に行う。 #1: Introduction (Outline of this lecture. Relation between environmental problems and technologies) #2 and later: The lecture on technologies concerning an environmental issue is given, and students are requested to review the literatures on the latest development of a technology for that issue. Next week, each student makes a presentation to report the summary of the literature survey. In the following week, the lecture on technologies concerning another issue will be given and each student are requested to make presentation next week based on the literature survey. By this way, the lecture and the presentation will be made every other week.

授業の方法

言語：日本語もしくは英語（初回に決定する）担当教員による講義及び履修学生による発表を交互に行う形で進める。 Language: Either Japanese or English (It will be determined at the first class #1.) As written above, the lecture and the students' presentation will be made every other week.

成績評価方法

出席状況及び課題により評点を行う。 Evaluated based on the attendance and homework assignment (literature survey and presentation).

履修上の注意

初回に、講義を日本語で行うか英語で行うか決定する。 At the first class (#1), we will decide whether the entire course (both lectures and presentations) will be made in Japanese or English.
