Molecular Mechanisms of Adaptation
*この講義は留学生用に英語で行う。日本語で講義を受ける学生は47140-15Jを履修すること。
*This is for foreign students.
1. Molecular biology of mimicry (H. Fujiwara): Along with an overview of the molecular mechanisms of color pattern formation on the insect body, this lecture focuses on the molecular mechanims and evolutionary process of mimicry and camouflage.
2. Developmental biology (T.Kojima): Through the molecular mechanism of the evolution and development of insect appendages, students will be lectured about the basic concept of developmental biology and evolutionary developmental biology.
