水圏生産システム学特別演習／Advanced Seminar in Aquatic Production Science
博士論文研究を遂行するために必要な基礎知識・実験手技を修得し、データ解析、論文作成等を行うとともに、学会発表と原著論文の作成を通じ、研究成果の公表の方法を習得する。
Students will acquire the basic knowledge and experimental techniques necessary to conduct doctoral dissertation research, analyze data, write papers, and learn how to publish their research results through conference presentations and original research publications.

授業計画
在学期間を通して、実験、調査、データ解析、研究結果の取りまとめを継続して行う。
Students will continue to conduct experiments, surveys, data analysis, and compilation of research results throughout their studies.
授業の方法
最先端論文の購読を行い、専門知識の充実を図る。
論文の構成、実験計画の立案・実施について助言するとともに、データ解析と結果のとりまとめ方法に関して指導する。
研究室内で随時中間発表を行い、論文作成の進捗状況を確認する。
学会・シンポジウムにおける研究発表の奨励と原著論文の執筆指導を行い、研究成果の公表の方法を修得させる。
Students will subscribe to state-of-the-art papers to enhance their expertise.
Advise students on the structure of the thesis, planning and execution of experiments, data analysis, and compilation of results.
Students will give interim presentations in the laboratory as needed to check the progress of their thesis work.
Encourage students to present their research at conferences and symposiums, and instruct them on how to write original papers and publish their research results.

履修上の注意
指導教員と相談のうえ履修する。
演習を進めるにあたっては、関連する参考論文を精読し、基礎知識を理解したうえで実施すること。また、演習で得られた結果については、これまでに得られている先行研究と対比させ、解釈を深めること。
Students should take this course in consultation with their academic advisors.
Before proceeding the researches, students are required to read the related reference papers carefully and understand the basic knowledge before conducting the researches. The results obtained from the researches should be compared with previous studies to deepen the interpretation.
