Grades are evaluated on the basis of the reports submitted until the final academic year of doctoral course. The length of the reports should be 4 pages in A4 size. Report submission procedure is as follows: 1. Submit the report and "Declaration of Consent on web publishing "form to your supervisor. 2. The report should be endorsed by your supervisor. 3. The certified report and "Declaration of Consent on web publishing "form should be submitted to the person in charge (Associate Professor Takuya Hiroshima in the academic year 2024) by 30 July of the last school year. *Declaration of Consent on web publishing The purpose of this document is to clarify the intention of the students whether or not he/she agrees to make his/her report of "IPADS Field Studies” publicly available through the website of the Department of Global Agricultural Studies.
