Nucleic acids: April 9, 16, and 23
1. Structures of nucleic acids, chemical synthesis of functional nucleic acids, and design of non-canonical base pairs
2. Reactions occurring at nucleic acids, analysis of DNA sequences, and damages of DNA
Proteins: May 7, 14 and 21
This lecture will cover the analysis of physical properties and functions of proteins and other biomolecules using physicochemical methods.
