理学系ジョブ型研究インターンシップ

企業における長期間のジョブ型研究インターンシップについては、博士後期課程の学生を対象とし、期間は2ヶ月以上を基本とする。具体的な実施時期、期間、課題については個別に相談・調整の上決定する。所定の要件を満たした場合には、「理学系ジョブ型研究インターンシップ(35620-4004)(1単位)」にて単位認定が可能。 Internship is a great opportunity for students to apply their skills and knowledge to variety of company’s research themes. Basically, length of internship is more than 2 months for doctoral course students. The detail of internship such as starting timing, length of internship and theme will be fixed after individual counseling. If your internship meet the requirement of the courses below, you will get the credit. Graduate School of Science：Profession-wide competency: Research Internship (35620-4004, 1 credit) コンピテンシーに関連するトレーニング要素は以下の通り。 The training elements related to competencies are as follows. 研究: 研究遂行の基礎的な素養・能力を持った大学院学生を対象とし、研究インターンシップにおけるジョブの遂行を通じて、自身の専門性を客観的に観るとともに、実践的な経験や新たな気づきを得る。 Research: Through the execution of jobs in research internships, intern will develop to view their own specialties objectively and gain practical experience and new awareness. コミュニケーションスキル及び対人スキル: 様々な価値観を認め、対話により互いの理解につながるコミュニケーションを心がけ、様々な人と関わり、対人スキルと臨機応変な対応力を身につける。 Communication and Interpersonal skills: Intern will obtain opportunities to communicate with various people through the execution of jobs. Intern will recognize many different viewpoints and acquire interpersonal skills and flexible responsiveness. リーダーシップ: 研究インターンシップにおけるジョブの方向性やビジョンを考え、自分以外の人に伝える。ジョブを遂行する上で障害となる課題を積極的に解決する。 Leadership: Vision and direction to your jobs in research internship should be shared with team members or collaborators. Interns demonstrate initiatively try to analyze and solve complex problems that should be overcome to execute the jobs. マネジメント能力: 研究インターンシップにおけるジョブを遂行する上で必要となるチームワークや、組織に必要な要素を分析し、ジョブの進捗状況を管理しつつ、チームや組織のパフォーマンスの向上に貢献する。 Management ability: Interns analyze required elements to execute the jobs for the team or organization and contribute to improved performance of the team or organization while managing the jobs. 　 倫理的・法的基準: 研究インターンシップ先の組織の一員として、倫理的な行動をするとともに、守秘義務等の組織のルールを意識して適切に行動する。 Ethical and Legal Standards: Intern will act ethically and appropriately as a member of the company with aware of the rules of the company such as confidentiality. 個人的な背景や文化的多様性: 多様な背景や価値観を持つ人々と関わりながら研究インターンシップにおけるジョブを遂行し、文化的多様性を理解しつつ互いを尊重し、協働関係を築く。 Individual and Cultural Diversity: Intern will work respectfully and effectively with other staff members with recognizing cultural diversity. キャリアパス: ジョブ型研究インターンシップを通じて、「高い専門性と応用力」をはじめとする社会で必要とされる能力を認識し、アカデミア以外も含めた多様なキャリアパスを考えるきっかけとする。 Career development: Intern will gain the opportunities to consider various career path including outside the academic with aware of ability such as multidisciplinary application skills.
