生物の行動に関して、神経科学から動物行動学やアクティブマター物理学、さらには光イメージング等の計測技術開発に関する光工学を講義する。

生き物の「行動」をキーワードに、個体から集団までさまざまな側面からの行動の最新研究について紹介する。また、そのための方法として最先端の光イメージング技術についても紹介する。
Using “behavior” as a keyword, this section introduces the latest research on animal behavior from various perspectives, ranging from individual organisms to entire populations. It also covers cutting-edge optical imaging techniques used to study these behaviors.
