【講義内容】
本講義では、大学院レベルの生物有機化学およびケミカルバイオロジーにおける主要なトピックを扱います。特に糖質とタンパク質に着目し、代謝の化学を反応機構と構造の両面から考察します。受講生は、学部レベルの有機化学および生化学の基礎知識を備えていることが望まれます。
This graduate-level course explores selected topics in bio-organic chemistry and chemical biology. We will examine the chemistry of metabolism, specifically sugars and proteins, from both mechanistic and structural perspectives. Students are expected to have a foundational understanding of undergraduate organic chemistry and biochemistry.
