有機化学特論Ⅵ
Molecular imaging: designing probes for biological applications
By the end of this course, students will:
- have a general understanding of important factors to consider when designing probes for biological applications
- have an overview of the types of imaging modalities that can be used for detection of probes in model organisms and humans
- have a general understanding, supported by specific examples, of the type of applications that molecular imaging probes can be used for
The course will consist of 7 lectures that will cover the following topics:
1. Introduction to Molecular imaging
2. Techniques for imaging at cellular resolution
3. Protein-based probes for imaging at cellular resolution
4. Synthetic probes for imaging at cellular resolution
5. Techniques and probes for in vivo imaging of model organisms
6. Techniques and probes for human diagnostic imaging
7. Selected examples and case studies.
