Conflict Resolution and Peace-Making: Some Lessons from Northern Ireland
This course aims to provide participants with insights into the issues, challenges and strategies involved in conflict resolution and peace-building, with particular reference to deeply-divided societies such as Northern Ireland. It will examine these complex matters in a comparative context from which the lessons learnt can be applied in similar situations elsewhere in the world, albeit with the necessary caution and qualifications.
