環境応答論演習II

植物と微生物叢の相互作用に関する最新の英語原著論文の読み、内容を議論する。 We read and discuss recent original papers related to Plant microbiome. Especially, we will discuss potential beneficial roles of plant microbiome for plant growth and health under fluctuating environments. For this purpose, we may also discuss papers related to gut microbiome.

英文の輪読および発表 Discussion and presentation

発表および日頃の議論によって評価する。 Evaluation is based on regular discussion and presentation.

出席されることが前提の授業です。 発表（Journal発表やProgress）の際には、要旨、背景、目的、結果、考察、将来展望を必要に応じて図表を引用したA41-2枚程度の資料を用意した上でパワーポイント等で説明下さい。 また、最低年に5報ほどの論文の要約をSlack等を通じて他の参加者に共通して議論して頂くことが単位取得の前提となります。
