Assessment: This course will utilize two distinct projects in the form of oral presentations to assess student comprehension and application of key concepts in leadership and social psychology.
<<Project 1>> Social Dilemmas: This project will challenge students to design campaigns, messages, or strategies that promote social cooperation within real problems. While requesting them to critically analyze the social psychological dynamics interrelated.
<<Project 2>> Nudge-Based Behavioral Intervention: Students will embark on a project centered on the design of behavioral interventions grounded in "nudge theory." Nudge theory posits that subtle environmental cues can influence behavior without restricting individual freedom. This project will require students to identify a specific behavior they wish to encourage or discourage and then craft an intervention utilizing nudge principles.
