The following is a tentative schedule for the course. Changes may occur depending on a variety of factors. There wil be a 15-minute question and answer period before or after class. Our classes will be conducted in English. (*If a student has a question in Japanese, the instructor can respond in Japanese.) We will use a content-based approach to the materials. Students will make Powerpoint (or Keynote) presentations Students will create media projects Students are encouraged to talk and listen actively in class.

Many new hires find themselves in their first company without any practical presentation skills. This course will provide many opportunities for students to become effective public speakers.
