Economics of Education 教育経済学
This course overviews economic theory and empirics related to issues in education economics. The goal of this course is to learn how to apply theoretical and empirical methods of economics to evaluate education policy and issues related to education and its labor outcomes.

本講義では、教育についての経済理論および実証研究をレビューする。それにより、経済理論や計量経済学を教育問題の分析に応用する方法を理解し、身につけることを目的とする。学校教育が労働市場における生産性（賃金）に影響を与える理論と実証分析について確認したのち、学力を始めとする学校教育の成果の決定要因についての実証分析の手法および結果を概観する。

履修上の注意
The main target of this course is second-year graduate students and above. First-year graduate students are allowed to take for credit. I assume that students have basic knowledge of undergraduate level of microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics この授業は修士課程２年生以上を主に対象としていますが、修士課程１年生の受講も認めます。学部レベルのミクロ経済学、マクロ経済学、計量経済学の知識は前提とします。
