法曹倫理
弁護士、裁判官、検察官が職務遂行に当たって遵守すべき価値、原理、規則等に関連する法曹倫理の基本問題について理解を深める。
事前に具体的な課題を出し、これに対する意見をメール等により提出することを求める場合もある。授業は、課題に対する学生の意見を紹介し、これに対して教員と学生との間で質問及び意見を交換する方法によって行う。
授業の構成、順序、方法については、担当教員によって若干の変更があり得る。
