Environmental and Climate Justice

This seminar examines current issues in both environmental justice and climate justice. It begins with two lectures provided by the seminar instructor, overviewing the key features and relationship of environmental justice and climate justice. It then introduces important concepts and ideas in environmental and climate ethics. The rest of the seminar examines major environmental and climate justice issues and climate litigation in Asia and beyond. The research methodology employed in this seminar is interdisciplinary (law, ethics, sociology, anthropology, and environmental sciences).
