（International Business Law)
企業がグローバルにビジネス展開を行うにあたっては、様々な法分野にまたがる国際的な法知識を有するとともに、これを駆使していかに企業価値を最大化するかというビジネスセンスを有し、かつ言語を含めた国際的素養を有する法務人材が求められる。本授業はこのような人材育成を念頭に、外国人ゲストスピーカーも含めた複数の実務経験者が教員となり、実例を中心に、ビジネスのさまざまな局面における法的問題を概観する。
Nowadays, companies developing their businesses globally need legal experts, who have knowledge of various areas of international law, good business sense for utilizing such knowledge to maximize corporate value and broad exposure to international matters including knowledge of foreign languages. This course will seek to develop student awareness and knowledge of the foregoing human resource imperatives by examining legal issues that arise in various business situations by introducing cases. Lectures will be conducted by instructors, including foreign guest lecturers, who have experience in this field.

授業の方法
講義中心とする。Mainly lectures
第1回（4月6日）は、授業等は行いません。諸般の準備に専念して下さい（これまでの方針から変更）。第2回（4月13日）は接続の試行を兼ねて、ガイダンスを実施します。ZOOMに参加できない履修者のために、事後、録画の視聴が可能となるような手配も行います。

成績評価方法
平常点（出席回数・受講態度）：20%、定期試験：80%
Attendance & Contribution:20%, Written Exam:80%
教科書
第1回、第2回に関しては、それぞれ、森下哲郎・平野温郎他共著『ケースで学ぶ国際企業法務のエッセンス』（有斐閣2017年）の第5章、第1章に事前に目を通した上で臨んでほしい。
As for the 1st and 2nd classes, it is highly recommended to skim Chapter 5 and Chapter 1 of T. Morishita, H. Hirano et.al "Case Study for Essence of International Legal Practice" (Yuhikaku, 2017) respectively.
