臨床現象学I

【授業の目標】
本ゼミのタイトルも「臨床現象学」であるが、現在日本では、●●現象学、現象学的△△、といった研究領域が多数展開している。しかし、何をもって●●現象学、現象学的△△と称しうるのかは明確ではない。狭義には、現象学者の知見を理論的背景にすることが現象学的な研究であるが、広義には、ものごとを捉えるスタンスを現象学に依拠することも現象学的な研究に含まれる、と講義者は考えている。
本ゼミでは、現象学的質的研究に関する論文等を講読することにより、臨床現象学の解像度を高めることを試みる。

【授業の概要】
授業の前半で、現象学的質的研究に関する村上靖彦の論考から学ぶ。
受講者間の共通認識の基盤を作ったのち、担当者が選んだ論文等を講読する。
詳細は初回の授業で伝えるが、講義で読む論文は国内外の現象学的質的研究の文献に限ることとする。

〈Course Objectives〉
While this seminar is titled "Clinical Phenomenology," various research fields currently exist in Japan, such as "●● Phenomenology" or "Phenomenological △△." It is not always clear what qualifies a study to use these titles. In a narrow sense, phenomenological research uses the insights of phenomenologists as a theoretical background; however, in a broader sense, the instructor believes it includes any research that relies on a phenomenological stance to perceive things. The goal of this seminar is to increase the "resolution" and clarity of clinical phenomenology by reading papers and literature related to phenomenological qualitative research.

〈Course Overview〉
In the first half of the course, students will learn from the works of Yasuhiko Murakami regarding phenomenological qualitative research.
After establishing a foundation of common understanding among participants, we will read papers selected by the students.
Specific details will be provided in the first session, but the literature covered will be limited to domestic and international phenomenological qualitative research.
