『日本書紀』の文学史／The history of literature originating from "Nihon-shoki"
『日本書紀』は720年に書かれた古代律令国家の歴史書であり、神話の時代から七世紀末までの歴史を記した日本の正史の第一として、後の時代を通じて重視されつづけた。その過程で、『日本書紀』そのものから派生し変容した物語・作品群もまた多様に生み出された。この授業では、はじめに『日本書紀』の内容に関する概説を行った後に、『日本書紀』から派生した言説を広く紹介し、その通時的な展開とひろがりを概観する。以上の授業を通じ、上代文学が日本文学史を通じて持ち続けてきた意味の一端を理解することを目標とする。
"Nihon-shoki", written in 720, is a history of the ancient ritsuryo (law-enforcement) state, and as the first authentic history of Japan from the age of myth to the end of the 7th century, it was emphasized in later periods. In the process, various stories and works were derived from it. This course will begin with an overview of the content of the "Nihon-shoki", followed by a broad introduction to the discourses derived from the Nihonshoki and an overview of their diachronic development and expansion. Through these lessons, the goal is to understand some of the meanings that ancient literature has continued to have throughout the history of Japanese literature.

授業中に読む資料は原則として原典（漢文・古文）を用いる。授業中に解説を付すが、自分でも予習・復習を通じて理解を深めることが求められる。
The texts will be read in the original classic Chinese or classic Japanese. Although explanations will be provided in class, students are expected to deepen their understanding through their own preparation and review.
