臨床薬理学

臨床薬理学は，人体における薬物の作用と体内動態を研究し，合理的薬物治療を確立するための科学である。本講義では、新薬のヒトにおける有効性・安全性を評価する治験の制度や設計、患者・特殊患者集団における体内動態、薬効評価の方法、薬剤疫学など、臨床薬理学を構成する領域について、基礎的な内容から発展的な内容までオムニバス形式で紹介する。
(Clinical pharmacology is a science for studying the action and pharmacokinetics of drugs in the human body to establish rational drug treatment in humans (patients).
