Each chapter, From 1 to 11 in the part of 'Theory' of the textbook [introduced in the "Textbook"], is used for the content of the each lecture. On the first day on April 5 Friday, the General Introduction will be provided and deliver the details of the teaching methods. The lecturer provides each lecture talk by pre-recorded video movies via UTOL (UTokyo LMS) [new learning management system starting from March 2024] before each lecture class, and requests all the participants to watch the video movies to learn each Chapter combined with reading the textbook by themselves before joining each lecture. During each lecture, active discussions on the topics are expected. Some of additional materials would be provided by lecturer. Lecturer may also request any of participants to try to explain some parts of contents and/or to raise questions or issues on them. Through such active discussions, the participants would expect to learn each topic more.

Based on several home work assignments. Details will be explained in UTOL and the first lecture, General Introduction.

In addition, if you want to have a physical book type of the textbook, the lecturer are available to provide a few number of the Books so that please ask the lecturer for the Books (free).

The first lecture takes place on April 5 Friday via online; the Zoom conference URL will be provided via UTOL (UTokyo LMS), when it comes to be available. Please check the URL before joining the first lecture. The students are requested to read and understand an assigned Chapter of the textbook before the assigned lecture on each day (from the 2nd day), in addition to watch the assigned movie, then prepare for active discussions during the lecture on each day.
