Introduction to Formal Semantics
Irene Heim and Angelika Kratzer, Semantics in Generative Grammar (Blackwell, 1998)を教科書として用いて形式意味論の基礎を学ぶ。統語論に関する基礎的な知識を有することを前提とする。
The students will learn the basics of formal semantics using Irene Heim and Angelika Kratzer's "Semantics in Generative Grammar" (Blackwell, 1998) as the textbook. Basic knowledge of syntax will be presupposed.

授業計画
教科書の第1章から第8章までを順に学ぶ。
授業の方法
基本的に講義形式で授業を進める。最初の授業はオンラインで行います。
成績評価方法
ほぼ毎週提出してもらう宿題の出来具合に基づいて評価を行うが、期末に試験を行うこともありうる。
