経営管理特論

企業の組織論と戦略論の文献講読を行う。経営学文献講読Ⅰ（夏学期）は、古典的なものから最新のものまで研究論文のリストを指定する。経営学文献講読Ⅱもあわせて履修することを推奨する。経営学文献講読Ⅱ（冬学期）は、各自の問題関心に沿って、経営学の文献サーベイを行い、報告してもらう。
Reading course on organizations and strategies of the firm. Classic and recent research papers are assigned as reading list in the first part of the course. In the second half of the course, each student presents a survey paper on his/her own special topic on the business administration.
