国際経済Ⅰ
Theory of International Trade
This course is aimed at providing the basic knowledge of international trade, so students will be able to think about real international economic issues with a solid foundation. We study the basic international trade theory to understand how goods and services flow internationally and whether and how international trade contributes to the economy of each country. We further think about the unilateral trade policies adopted by each country and the possibility of multilateral trade policy coordination and cooperation in the world.

I will teach the course assuming that students have not taken any economics courses. But it is preferable if they have knowledge on the materials typically covered in intermediate microeconomics.
