生化学・分子生物学
生化学・分子生物学／ Biochemistry・Molecular biology
生化学・分子生物学は、現代生物学の扱う多様な分野の基盤であり共通言語ともいえる。この必須の知識を教科書に沿って体系的に学ぶ。教科書には英語版を用いることで科学英語も同時に習得する。さらに専門課程での研究に備えて、生物学研究の重要な手段である生化学・分子生物学的手法の原理とその応用について実践的知識を得る。この講義で学ぶ事項は生物学のほぼすべての専門科目の基礎となるといっても過言では無く、生物系へ進学する学生を広く対象とする。
Biochemistry and molecular biology are fundamental for various fields of modern biology, and these prerequisite knowledges will be taught systematically using a textbook. Students will also learn about the techniques in biochemical and molecular biology research. This course prepares students for future studies, since the molecular biology is fundamental for almost all fields of biology, and is recommended for students majoring biology and related disciplines.

1) 生体分子。2) 生化学の熱力学。3）糖代謝。4）エネルギー代謝（酸化的リン酸化と電子伝達系）。5) 酵素と酵素反応速度論。6) タンパク質の構造と機能、解析法。7) 脂質代謝。8) アミノ酸代謝。9）ヌクレオチド代謝。10) DNAの複製・修復・組換え。11) 転写・翻訳。12) 染色体構造と遺伝子発現の調節（エピジェネティクス）。13) DNA/RNA解析の基本技術と原理。
(1)~(6)は久保が担当し、(7)~(13)は國枝が担当する。
授業の方法
PowerPoint を用いた講義。
成績評価方法
成績は、出席および学期末の試験により評価する。

履修上の注意
別途、資料を配布する。
なお、講義は90分の時間割に従って実施する。これに伴う、105分授業との差分の補填措置として、差分相当時間（授業終了後15分）に教室にて質問・議論を受け付ける時間を設ける。措置方法の変更については授業中に周知する．
