有機化学実験
有機化学実験／ Laboratory Work in Organic Chemistry
有機化合物の基本的な合成反応、精製法、定性分析の実験を行う。また、合成法の文献調査レポートを提出する。これにより、研究室配属後の研究において必要な基本技能の習得を目指す。実験項目は以下の通り。
・基本操作
・芳香族化合物の反応
・Grignard反応とFriedel−Crafts反応
・β-ケトエステルの反応とWittig反応
・縮合反応とDiels−Alder反応
・未知試料の単離・構造決定と文献検索に基づいた誘導体合成
・ヘアピンリボザイムの合成と反応
This class aims at developing the student's skills of fundamental operations for organic chemistry experiments, including purification and analysis of organic compounds, and literature survey. These skills are essential for each student in order to perform experiments in the laboratory when the student starts research in the forth grade. Specific contents are as follows:
- Fundamental operation
- Reactions of aromatic compounds
- Grignard reaction and Friedel-Crafts reaction
- β-Ketoester and Wittig reaction
- Condensation reaction and Diels-Alder reaction
- Isolation and structural elucidation of unknown samples and synthesis of their derivatives based on literature investigation
- Synthesis and reaction of a hairpin ribozyme

教員およびTAによる有機化学反応の実習指導
The operations of organic reactions are instructed by designated instructors (professors and teaching assistants)
成績評価方法
出席（全日程出席が必須）、実験態度、および実験・文献調査レポート（すべての提出が必須）の結果を総合し、成績評価を行う。
Grade will be determined based on performances of individual student including attendance, attitude during the class, and reports of experiments and literatures. Attendance on all days and submission of all reports are required.
履修上の注意
全日程出席が必須、欠席はやむを得ない場合（病気など）以外は認められない。
Students must attend all days in the course, unless a compelling reason for the absence (such as diseases) is given by student.
全ての課題について、定められた期限内にレポートを提出する事が必須。
For all assignments, students must submit the reports by the designated deadline.
本実験の単位取得は、４年生進級の要件となっている。
Credits for this experiment is a requirement for the promotion to the 4th grade.
