（International Business Law)
企業がグローバルにビジネス展開を行うにあたっては、様々な分野にまたがる国際的なビジネス法の基本的な知識を有するとともに、変化する環境の中でそれらの知識を駆使してリスクを低減し、自社に有利なビジネスを展開できる、言語を含めた国際ビジネスの素養を有する人材が求められる。本授業はこのような人材育成を念頭に、外国人ゲストスピーカーも含めた複数の実務経験者が教員となり、ビジネスのさまざまな局面における法的問題を概観する。
Nowadays, companies developing their businesses globally need business and legal experts who have basic knowledge of various areas of cross-border business law, good business sense for utilizing such knowledge to reduce the risk and to conduct business in its favor in the changing environment with familiarity to foreign languages. This course will seek to develop student awareness and knowledge of the foregoing human resource by examining legal issues that arise in various business situations. Lectures will be conducted by instructors, including foreign guest lecturers, who have practical experience in this field.

授業の方法
対面による講義とするが、一部オンラインとなる可能性あり。Lectures to be in person, but may include few online sessions(TBD).
最初の5回は日本語で、残りの８回は英語の講義となります。
First 5 lectures will be in Japanese, and following ８ lectures will be in English.

成績評価方法
優上、優、良、可、不可の5段階で評価する。
平常点（出席回数・受講態度）：20%、定期試験：80%
Attendance & Contribution:20%, Written Exam:80%

講義資料は原則として各講師作成のPPTスライドによる
Lecture materials (in the form of Power Point slides) will be provided by lecturers.
森下哲郎・平野温郎他『ケースで学ぶ国際企業法務のエッセンス 第２版』（有斐閣2025年）を随時参照する必要がある。
