競争法、情報法の観点から見た「情報空間」の課題と挑戦／Challenges and Issues of the "Information Space" from the Perspective of Competition Law and Information Law
To cultivate a deep understanding of the complex and ever-evolving "information space" by examining it through the lens of multiple legal frameworks, and to leverage this understanding for the future.
（「情報空間」という身近な存在を対象に、様々な法域の様々な法でアプローチすることの醍醐味を知り、今後の学習・研究に役立てられるようにすることを目標とする。）
This course will be conducted in English. （授業は英語で行われます）
In recent years, various legal challenges have been posed to the "information space" including the Internet in each jurisdiction. How are these challenges being addressed across legal fields? This course will conduct a comparative study of the responses mainly from the perspectives of competition law and information law, while returning to the basics of each law.
（近時、インターネットによって大きく形態を変えつつある「情報空間」の課題について、各法域で様々な挑戦が行われている。法分野を横断して生じる様々な課題にどのような対処が行われているのか。競争法、情報法の観点から、各法の基本に立ち戻りつつ、比較検討を行う。）

採点はレポートと平常点に基づく。／The final grade will be determined based on a combination of reports (70%) and regular performance (30%).
