特別講義　トランスナショナル・ロー

Transnational Law and Political Economy
This course is a historical study of the role of law in world economics and politics. The aim is to gain a better understanding of the interactions between law and the multilayered social dynamics that transcend national boundaries. It jointly investigates law, political economy, and social thought as interrelated factors shaping the world order.

授業計画
The class will meet once a week. Students will be expected to read the required readings and student response essays.
授業の方法
Each class will feature a lecture giving context to the required readings, a discussion of the response essays, answers to student questions regarding the readings, and will encourage discussion among the students about the readings.
成績評価方法
Students will be evaluated based on participation in class discussions, response essays, and a final essay.
