This course is composed of three stages.
(1) Lectures by practitioners and specialists
(2) Group study and presentation
(3) Individual report on policy proposals
We will invite guest speakers for each class.
After group presentation, individual report of policy proposals (about 5pages) shall be submitted (due by the end of Jan. 2019).
