発展講義Ⅴ（感染、免疫学の基礎研究から創薬展開、臨床応用までを学ぶ）
Advanced Course Ⅴ (Cutting edge sciences of infection and immunology and their application)
Recent COVID19 pandemic has brought into public attention that the knowledge on infectious diseases and immunity to pathogens are prime important to develop succesfull vaccines and drugs. The series of lectures provided in this session will teach cutting edge science on the infection and immunity covering major viral, bacterial and parasitic diseases with close focus on the development of vaccines. We will also overview medical aspects (i.e. how infections might be effecting other conditions such as autoimmune diseases) and discuss future direction of these research fields.
近年のCOVID19パンデミックにより、感染症や病原体に対する免疫に関する知識が、ワクチンや薬剤を開発し成功する上で最も重要であると世間で注目されている。このセッションで行われる一連の講義では、ワクチン開発に重きを置き、主要なウイルス性疾患、細菌性疾患および寄生虫性疾患を網羅する感染と免疫に関する最先端の科学を学ぶ。また医療面(感染症が自己免疫疾患など、他の状態にどのような影響を及ぼすか)について学び今後の課題に関して議論する。

成績評価方法
Each student has to chose 1 Professor and prepare at least 1 page (A4) report of the lecture in English. Students are encouraged to read at least 1 paper from the chosen professor's publication list from Pubmed to support their report. Reports need to be submitted to Prof. Cevayir Coban fiｒst.
各学生は1教授を選び、講義について1ページ(A4)以上のレポートを英語で準備しなければならない。学生は、自分のレポートをサポートするため、Pubmedの該当教授の出版物リストから少なくとも1論文を読むことを推奨する。全レポートはチョバン ジェヴァイア教授に提出要。
