- On the first lecture (September 25th), the topics that students should take are presented. These topics are provided by the collaborative corporates. We also provide short introduction of those collaborative corporates.
- Students will work on one of the topics as a group throughout the period.
- Students send email to Watanabe with your preferred topics by 30th September. On the 1st October, topic assignment of each student will be announced.
- We will decide groups (topics) you will work based on your preference with considering the skill of programing and Japanese language since some of topics needs them.
- Basically students and engineers from each collaborative corporate will meet on 2nd or 9th October depending on the schedule of engineers. In the first meeting, students will make a plan for assignment with the help of the advice from engineers.
- During the period of this project, students will proceed his/her research through meetings with advisors and/or engineers. If necessary, students should visit the corporate and have discussion with engineers.
- Students must submit short progress report individually (not group) by the end of October. The report should be included how your group work, how you contribute to your group etc. about 1page of A4 paper.
- On the November 27th (or 20th), We will hold mid-term presentation session (Group presentation).
- On the January 22nd, We will hold final presentation session (Group presentation).
- Students must submit final report individually (not group) by the end of January. The report should be included how you work, what you discussed and contributed. We evaluate your individual contribution and understand for the topic thorough the work more than what your group achieved.
- In this lecture, there are only several occasions that students, advisors and professors gather; first guidance, first meeting that students and engineers meet, and mid-term and final presentation.
