International Humanitarian Law - Foundation
この授業は国際人道法（戦時国際法）の基礎を英語で講義し、履修生がその基礎を理解することとともに、理解した内容を効果的に実践の場で使えるように練習することを目的とする。

授業の方法
講義とディスカッション、演習（1週目、2週目はITC-LMS上で授業内容をお知らせします。3週目からZOOMを使って授業を行う予定です）
Lectures, discussion, exercise. (First 2 classes will be conducted with reading and assignments. Please check ITC-LMS for details. From the 3rd class, classes are conducted through Zoom)
成績評価方法
最後の授業で模擬問題を利用して架空のシナリオで演習をしてもらい、以下の要領で成績を評価する。
出席・参加 20％、授業中の課題：30％、人道法模擬問題演習実践：50％
Performance in the exercise during the last class will be evaluated.
Attendance and class participation: 20%, tasks during the class 30%, performance in the last class' exercise 50%
教科書
教科書は使わない。
No textbook.
参考書
参考文献リストは第一回の授業で配布する。
The list will be distributed in the first class.
履修上の注意
赤十字国際員会（ICRC)主催の国際人道法模擬裁判、国際人道法ロールプレイ大会などに興味のある方にお勧めです。
Recommended for those who are interested in the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC)'s International Humanitarian Law Moot Court and International Humanitarian Law Role Play competitions.
