Civil and Political Rights in Japan 日本における市民的・政治的人権

This course aims at providing rough sketch of issues of civil and political rights in Japan, and through discussion on specific issues, deepen students' understanding of human rights.

授業の方法

The course will take multiple teaching methods: lectures, presentations, reading designed materials and discussion.

成績評価方法

Class participation 20%, Reaction papers and presentations (not requirement in all the classes) 30%, Final report 50%
