特別講義 Introduction to Japanese law(外国語科目)

Introduction to Japanese Law
The course assumes no knowledge of Japanese law, or law in general. Students should emerge understanding the structure of the legal order in modern Japan. They should have a reasonable understanding of key Japanese legal concepts both in isolation and in context. They should be able critically to discuss strengths and weaknesses of various areas of Japanese law, and offer comparisons with other systems where appropriate.
