有機化学特論Ⅲ

This intensive course introduces fundamentals of modern organic synthesis directed toward efficient construction of complex and biologically relevant molecules. This course deals with basic principles and synthetic strategies for (1) retrosynthetic analysis, (2) constructuion of molecular skeletons, (3) functional group transformations, (4) total synthesis of natural products, and (5) diversity/biology-oriented synthesis. The aim of this course is to cultivate the ability to design concise synthetic pathways that could generate highly functionalized molecules composed of multiple stereogenic centers.

本集中講義では、複雑な構造の生物活性分子を効率的に構築する有機合成化学の基礎を解説する。（１）逆合成解析，（２）骨格構築反応，（３）官能基変換，（４）天然物を標的とした全合成，（５）多様性／生物学指向型合成に関する重要概念や合成戦略を概説する。本講義を通じて、複数の不斉炭素を持ち高度に官能基化された分子群を短段階で構築する合成ルートを立案する実力を養成する。
